Momentum Shift Package

60-minute coaching session with 30-minute follow up

This impactful coaching package is designed to help you navigate a specific goal or challenge that you’re currently facing. 

After assessing your unique health and wellness goals, I will work with you to help you shift your mindset and modify habits so you can gain momentum and feel empowered to create meaningful progress and change.  You will receive personalized support, constructive feedback, and relevant education to build your confidence and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.  

We can use this session to address any topic, goal, or challenge of your choosing.

1 SESSION PACKAGE

This is for you if:

  • You are feeling stuck and don’t know where to begin

  • You are frustrated by dysfunctional fatigue and are tired of being tired

Deeper Dive Package

5 pack of 50-minute coaching sessions

This coaching package will provide you with more in-depth support than the Momentum Shift Package. You may want to dive deeper into a topic addressed in a Momentum Shift Session or address multiple challenges, goals or changes over the course of several coaching sessions.

After assessing your unique health and wellness goals, I will work with you to empower you to create meaningful change through customized support as well as bespoke recommendations.

Each session will be completely tailored to your individual needs.


5 SESSION PACKAGE

Integrative Lifestyle Package

Total of 8 coaching sessions: We’ll first start with a 90-minute session followed by seven 50-minute sessions

This 12-week coaching program offers a personalized lifestyle plan with customized support and regular accountability to help you make meaningful shifts. Using an integrative approach, we’ll address key areas of your wellbeing, including nutrition, sleep, movement, relationships, and mindset. Your plan may include anti-inflammatory eating tips, energy-boosting strategies, stress management tools, symptom-tracking methods, and tailored resources to empower lasting change.

Together, we will create a tailored action plan that aligns with your unique goals and lifestyle to help you feel like a healthier version of yourself.


8 SESSION PACKAGE
