½ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 shallot, minced
1 teaspoon salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine balsamic vinegar, honey, shallot, and salt in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Stir until honey dissolves.
Add chicken, turning to coat.
Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
