Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients (I usually double the recipe)
2 eggs
1 banana
½ cup oats
¼ cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender (such as a Magic Bullet) until smooth to create a batter.
Spray a pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Pour batter into the pan and cook pancakes until golden brown on each side.
