Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

These banana oatmeal pancakes are a nutritious and delicious way to start your day. Made with simple ingredients like eggs, oats, and applesauce, they blend together into a naturally sweet and fluffy batter. Enjoy them warm for a wholesome breakfast that’s both satisfying and easy to make.

Ingredients (I usually double the recipe)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup oats

  • ¼ cup applesauce

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender (such as a Magic Bullet) until smooth to create a batter.

  2. Spray a pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat.

  3. Pour batter into the pan and cook pancakes until golden brown on each side.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
